How does the validation of my first session work?
From your first contact via WhatsApp or form, our Private Concierge service will confirm the address, time slot, and your expectations with you. This swift process guarantees the security and flawless logistical organization of the ritual.
What payment methods are accepted?
For your convenience, payment is made on-site immediately after your treatment. You can pay in cash or via the Twint app.
Do you offer a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Absolutely. Our clients' anonymity is sacred. A standardized non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is available and can be signed digitally before your therapist arrives.
What should I prepare before the therapist arrives?
Absolutely nothing. Maison Lvdovica takes care of all the logistical details (premium cotton linens, niche oils, and equipment). All you need to do is prepare a quiet, unobstructed space to set up the treatment table.
Can I receive treatment if I have chronic pain or specific injuries?
Absolutely. Each experience is entirely personalized. During our initial consultation, before beginning the ritual, we'll discuss your areas of tension, pain (neck, lower back, joints), or any past injuries. The therapeutic touch will then be immediately adjusted in intensity and technique to effectively relieve your pain while ensuring your comfort and safety.
Are there any major medical contraindications to report?

Is the Kobido facial treatment compatible with recent injections (Botox, Hyaluronic Acid)?
To preserve the effectiveness of your aesthetic treatments and ensure tissue safety, it is essential to wait a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks after your facial injections before scheduling a Kobido sculpting massage. Our techniques are intense and deep, strongly stimulating cutaneous circulation, which could alter the distribution of recently injected products.
What are your opening hours and is it possible to make special requests?
Our Private Concierge service organizes your rituals every day from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Should your professional or personal obligations require a session outside these hours, or if you wish to plan a longer, customized protocol, our Maison considers each request individually and upon request. We make every effort to adapt our elite logistics to the demands of your schedule.
